Chef O' Luscious Bakery & Treats is a home bakery with terms and conditions: Credit of any kind will not be issue to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours. We always put our best efforts to make sure that your order is to the specification on your order.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

These food products are perishable and Chef O' Luscious Bakery & Treats does not accept returns, nor offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds of any goods sold. As a policy, we do not offer refunds.

No refunds for delays caused by our shipping partner due to:

Weather, Mechanical error, Strikes
Natural disaster
Inaccurate shipping information
Mistakes on the part of our shipping partner's employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control.
Special orders that are not confirmed or available for delivery will NOT be refunded.

Mistakes happen, unfortunately, any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delayed/non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds.
